Super Bowl Legs
Super Bowl Sunday…also leg day! I changed things up from my usual higher weight, lower repetition leg day because my energy level wasn’t ready for such a draining workout but I wanted something that was just as effective. I opted for a plyometric circuit to start that got my legs feeling it quick. Then moved to a few groups of supersets and was feeling the burn by the end. All done within 45 minutes. Fairly quick, definitely effective!
