I’m Kaci…health coach, personal trainer, nutrition consultant and believer of balance. I love all things health and wellness! I’ve always had a passion for pushing the body to its limits and challenging the mind to expand. My belief is that personal wellness comes when the multiple areas of wellbeing (physical, mental, social and spiritual) are being taken care of adequately. And I want to help you in your journey to becoming a better, balanced you!
My credentials include a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and I am a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. I am a health coach and personal trainer in my day job and want to extend my passion to those of you visiting here!
I believe that in order to be successful with improving your health, you must find something you enjoy and can maintain over the course of a lifetime. My hope is that I can serve you in some way in your quest for a healthier lifestyle. I have had many trials and errors in discovering a balance for a healthy lifestyle and what works for me. “Progress, not perfection” is a favorite motto of mine.
